THE GROUNDS
EDITORIAL OMG…. For those of you from the “old age”, as in contrast to the “new age”, that means oops!, or I forgot!, or shucks!, or whatever you want it to mean when it is purely some kind of exclamatory statement! In this case it’s OMG (O my god) I just realized I forgot the newsletter! Not the first time and certainly won’t be the last…so here it is and in the short form. I forgot to write it. No one said “Hey, where’s the newsletter?” But, I have been so busy with prepping for the Rodeo, helping to put on a great event, SRO on Saturday, and cleaning up after, plus, catching up at home, helpin’ my 98 year-old-mom, getting ready for the Mule Show and Dutch Oven Gathering, getting ready to cook for the Mule Show, fixing my tractor, let’s see, anymore things to do/get done to wine about, probably, but as I said, here’s the short form, so on to the ‘sletter. ARENA The arena is open and in great shape. If you are so inclined, please use and enjoy. RODEO WEEK Rodeo was a success. Those who came to the events enjoyed them. Those who participated had a great time! It was fun to see neighbors and friends enjoy each other’s company and the festivities. Keep looking for these two young ladies throughout the year at local functions and other rodeos, you will be seeing them again! Congrats Erin and Kali!!
